Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do, but only if you book via the buy tickets link on our website or through our listing on GetYourGuide.  We would love to be able to accept them in person, unfortunately that would involve a card machine, fees, etc.. which would make it hard for us to keep our pricing as low as possible for your benefit.

Do you have a tour on X day?

Our tours run everyday (except 24/25/31 Dec & 1 Jan – 1 Mar) and in all weather conditions.  Any changes to this will be shown on our website a few days or more in advance.

How long are the tours and when do we get back into Munich?

Our Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau Castle tour lasts 10hrs. We leave Munich at 9:15am each day and return at 7pm.

Do I have to book in advance?

No.  Simply show up on the day you want to take the tour before the start time indicated on the tour information page.  If you like, you can purchase a ticket for your tour in advance either on our website, GetYourGuide, or in person.
